Transport of oil and gas-condensate mixtures of various compositions is found to be accompanied by a slight increase in viscosity in the coldest period when ground temperatures at depth of a condensate pipeline reach 0 – minus 4°С. Fall in temperature of oil fluids under study to minus 10 – minus 30°С is accompanied by a sharp increase in all structural and rheological parameters of the mixture. Even a slight amount of oil added to a gas-condensate mixture causes a significant decrease in viscosity in the negative temperature range. As a result, cloud and pour point of a mixture falls, its amount decreases, the structure of paraffin deposits changes.  相似文献

There are new opportunities for the application of problem structuring methods to address science and technology risk conflicts through stakeholder dialogue. Most previous approaches to addressing risk conflicts have been developed from a traditional risk communication perspective, which tends to construct engagement between stakeholders based on the assumption that scientists evaluate technologies using facts, and lay participants do so based on their values. ‘Understanding the facts’ is generally privileged, so the value framings of experts often remain unexposed, and the perspectives of lay participants are marginalized. When this happens, risk communication methodologies fail to achieve authentic dialogue and can exacerbate conflict. This paper introduces ‘Issues Mapping’, a problem structuring method that enables dialogue by using visual modelling techniques to clarify issues and develop mutual understanding between stakeholders. A case study of the first application of Issues Mapping is presented, which engaged science and community protagonists in the genetic engineering debate in New Zealand. Participant and researcher evaluations suggest that Issues Mapping helped to break down stereotypes of both scientists and environmental activists; increased mutual understanding; reduced conflict; identified common ground; started building trust; and supported the emergence of policy options that all stakeholders in the room could live with. The paper ends with some reflections and priorities for further research.  相似文献

为了解决空间激光通信系统中单探测器复合轴结构的粗精解耦难题,通过分析二维关联控制矩阵,得出粗精跟踪解耦的必要条件,提出了一种单探测器复合轴结构的工作方式.在跟踪过程中,相机直接配合子轴执行器完成精跟踪工作,而主轴的跟踪信息由子轴的角度偏转器来提供,同时所有的图像处理算法、位置检测算法、以及粗精伺服控制算法都在现场可编程门阵列中实现,完成了系统的轻小型化设计.实验搭建了测试系统,并对现场可编程门阵列硬件和系统跟踪性能进行测试,结果表明单探测器复合控制系统可以实现跟踪准确度优于3μrad,为工程化奠定了良好的基础.  相似文献

The electronic and optical properties of different stacked multilayer SiC and GeC are investigated with and without external electric field (EEF). The band gaps of multilayer SiC and GeC are found smaller than that of monolayer SiC and GeC due to the interlayer coupling effect. When EEF is applied, the direct band gaps (ΔKM) of multilayer SiC and direct band gaps (ΔKK) of multilayer GeC all turn to indirect band gaps (ΔKG) as the band at the G point drops dramatically toward zero. The imaginary part ε2(ω)s of multilayer SiC and GeC show that new absorption peaks between 2–5 eV appear when the polarized direction is perpendicular to the layer plane, and new absorption peaks in infrared region appear as the EEF is higher than a certain point when the polarized direction is parallel to the layer plane. Our calculations reveal that different stacking sequences and EEF can provide a wide tunable band structures and optical properties for multilayer SiC and GeC.  相似文献

Two independent field trials were conducted in Guangdong and Guangxi, South China, in 2013, to study the dissipation, residue levels, and distribution of pyraclostrobin in banana and soil under field conditions. Pyraclostrobin residues were determined through a quick and effective method of high-performance liquid chromatography. Results showed that the average recoveries ranged from 80.55% to 98.08%, with relative standard deviations of 3.18–7.81% at three different spiking levels for each different matrix. The quantification limit of the proposed method was 0.006 mg/kg for both banana and soil. The half-lives of pyraclostrobin in bananas were 9.09 days in Guangdong and 8.26 days in Guangxi, and both bananas exhibited a dissipation rate of 90% after 28 days. The half-lives of pyraclostrobin in soil were 11.61 days in Guangdong and 10.60 days in Guangxi, with a dissipation rate of 90% after 35 days. Although several positive banana samples (i.e., pyraclostrobin exceeding the maximum residue limits (MRL) were found, the terminal residues in banana pulp were not detectable. All the terminal residues in banana pulp were below the MRL of 0.02 mg/kg, set by the Chinese Ministry of Agriculture, indicating a negligible risk associated with the exposure to pyraclostrobin via the consumption of banana. The distribution of pyraclostrobin in soil was also investigated in two experimental sites. The pyraclostrobin in different layer soil was time dependent and did not vary between the two sites. The result also showed that pyraclostrobin could be easily transported from the top soil to the subsoil. However, the highest quantity ratio did not exceed 10% in the bottom layer (20–30 cm). The distribution assessment also revealed that no significant potential environment risk was induced by pyraclostrobin in bananas.  相似文献

Application of stable isotopes of water to studies of plant–soil interactions often requires a substantial preparatory step of extracting water from samples without fractionating isotopes. Online heating is an emerging approach for this need, but is relatively untested and major questions of how to best deliver standards and assess interference by organics have not been evaluated. We examined these issues in our application of measuring woody stem xylem of sagebrush using a Picarro laser spectrometer with online induction heating. We determined (1) effects of cryogenic compared to induction-heating extraction, (2) effects of delivery of standards on filter media compared to on woody stem sections, and (3) spectral interference from organic compounds for these approaches (and developed a technique to do so). Our results suggest that matching sample and standard media improves accuracy, but that isotopic values differ with the extraction method in ways that are not due to spectral interference from organics.  相似文献

目的探讨多囊卵巢综合征患者冻融胚胎移植子宫内膜准备的两种方案的效果。方法选择2014年3月到2016年3月间在深圳武警医院选择行冻融胚胎移植子宫内膜准备的700例多囊卵巢综合征患者作为研究对象,对所有患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,根据患者子宫内膜准备方案分为人工组(n=350)和促排卵组(n=350),对比两组患者冻融胚胎移植效果。结果人工组患者胚胎复苏率、优质胚胎率、移植胚胎数、子宫内膜厚度、胚胎种植率、妊娠率与促排卵组相比均无差异,P0.05。结论人工子宫内膜与促排卵内膜效果相似,均可推广运用。  相似文献
